Real Institutional Impact
The challenges schools face, systematically solved in Quesly.
School leaders lack visibility into teacher stats and exam quality.
The Institution Command Center aggregates real-time performance across all teachers, classes, question papers, and student pass marks in one unified executive dashboard.
Marking and paper creation consume weekends and evenings.
Notes turn into calibrated Bloom's question papers in seconds. MCQs check automatically, and written answers come with drafted marking criteria.
Generic AI invents fake theories and cannot be trusted blindly.
Quesly grounds questions strictly in your curriculum outline and provides step-by-step grading rubrics. Teachers maintain final authority.
Fragmented tools across paperwork, testing portals, and gradebooks.
One seamless institutional system unites syllabus upload, question paper blueprinting, student access codes, live submissions, and diagnostic analytics.
Assessment Governance
MCQs have exact keys. Written work demands your judgment.
Multiple Choice · Exact Check
Every MCQ is matched strictly against designated answers. Other options earn zero. Checked locally without AI speculation.
Written Work · Jev Draft Rationale
Jev evaluates responses against the granular rubric, proposing partial credit and identifying missing derivations with detailed reasoning.
Teacher Saves Before Release
No score or feedback is ever visible to students until the educator verifies, saves, and explicitly clicks Release.
Independent sources, not Quesly testimonials. Previews are loaded from a third-party screenshot service. They articulate the universal teaching challenge of grading workload and assessment fatigue.
Clear answers to common questions.
How does the Institution Owner login work?
Institution Owners have a dedicated login portal that opens their Command Center. From here, owners can create teachers and set their passwords, view full stats across all papers generated, see which subjects students are failing most, identify struggling concepts, and monitor teacher performance.
How does 3-role provisioning work?
When an institution owner or admin adds a user, they choose from 3 distinct roles: (1) Institution Owner (full administrative oversight and analytics), (2) Teacher (can generate papers and grade classrooms), or (3) Student (enrolled to a paper with an access code).
What can Institution Admins see?
Institution admins can see how many papers were generated, teacher subjects and their statistics, which students are failing the most, what concepts students are struggling with, and who scored the highest across all classes.
Are students required to create accounts or passwords?
No. To ensure zero student password leaks and maximum exam integrity, students do not maintain passwords. Instead, they enter their unique Student ID and one-time Exam Access Code at the Student Portal to take their test.
How does Jev grading work?
When students hit submit, Jev automatically grades the paper. MCQs are checked against answer keys. Written answers are evaluated with suggested marks and detailed reasoning. Scores remain in draft until teacher review.
Does AI make the final grading decision?
No. MCQs are checked strictly against the designated answer key. Written-answer marks and rationales are suggestions. The teacher reviews the student's work, adjusts or enters marks, and saves them. Students see marks only when the teacher releases them.
What do students see after grading?
Students can only see the top 3 highest-scoring students in their class leaderboard, not full rankings. Teachers see all student performance data including struggling concepts and areas.
Can I print physical question papers?
Yes. Every generated paper can be exported as a clean, searchable Student PDF (clean exam paper with student signature blocks) and a separate Teacher Guide (including complete answer keys and marking rubrics).
How does Quesly ensure questions are grounded in real syllabus topics?
Our multi-provider LLM harness filters out administrative preambles, boilerplate course codes, and guidelines. It isolates core academic topics (e.g. Kinematics, Newton's Laws, Stoichiometry, Vectors) and enforces scientifically plausible distractors.
